It is recommended to do parasites and Bowel Cleanse before attempting to do liver flush.

But, if you read messages posted to Liver Cleanse Forum you will see that up to 50% of people who do liver flush, do it without doing parasites cleanse.

Some of them get parasites out, when doing liver flush.
