I read your attempt to do a flush, not once but at least 3x to let sink in what you did exactly. Where did you find the prescription for 3 TABLE spoons of ES in 10 oz of water etc etc. I'm so sorry you got so sick but reading what you did doesn't surprise me one bit, that was quite a lethal sort of cocktail you took. But if this is a 'recipe' you got off the Net I believe it is important to warn people about it every opportunity you get. That website should be shut down as it is dangerous.
To do a proper flush, with the proper quantities, read the files on the CureZone website, and if you still have questions, fears and doubts, ask questions on the forums to get all the advice you think you want and need. Prerpare, and learn and then go ahead.
