I would better express myself using an expletive here! What you did is so gross, no wonder you were ill ! I cannot agree altogether with Joe. But caution about anything we read here should be viewed with a certain amount of caution.And always remember that everyone else's experiences are just that...everyone else's and may not necessarily apply to you in the same way.
In the final analysis it is you, the reader, to make your own conclusions as to how anything here may apply to the betterment of your health.
