On a whole i would say yes, i'm a complete vegeterian. I still on occasion though eat oily fish, this is freshly caught by myself whilst on vacation in ireland. I lost around 2 stone, which i guess is more than i would have liked, but currently i weigh just over 13 stone & 8% Bodyfat. Personally I am now in better shape, still hold a great feal of strength but i vary my training program consistently. On average day I get my protein from mungbeans 25-30g, various nuts around 25g, 10-30g fruit & veggies & 20-30g from soya.
As you can see i get more than enough protein now, i feel this is right for me. I believe the problem before was i could not use all the protein i was consuming (200-300g day) and thus being inefficent and toxins being created leading to psoriasis.
As today i am still not 100% clear of Psoriais around 90-95% i believe this will come with time.
