I did lose weight(around 2 stone) but i tip the scales at around 13 stone now.
Still in great shape very low body fat. I still weight train regularily, so I have kept a great deal of strength/muscle size. It was a difficult decision to stop the bodybuilding & high protein/calorie diet and switch to my current eating plan, but on the other hand I am almost rid of Psoriasis which was affecting me considerably.
