No Dairy products! Yikes! I'm pushing 60 and a "milk" baby and cheesey gal forever! I just walked a couple of miles, which I do everyday, am not overweight, swim 2 times a week, am just going to start taking SuperFood after 23 different kinds of bottled vitamins for over 35 years, and eat more good food inbetween my favourite junkfood........no white bread products.....lots of fruits and vegees.... So we'll see what happens. This old dog would find it hard to cut out dairy, so we'll compromise a bit and see what happens.
