And then I go reading stuff about estrogenic foods actually being GOOD for hormonal problems. It's tricky to know what angle to approach this all from isn't it, cos there will always be one which has found something negative about a certain food you thought was good for your condition.
I'm taking Chinese Bitters so guess I ought to also follow Julia Chang's advice (e.g. cut out carrots, lemons, flaxseed) but I do feel that that they clean me out so I'm reluctant to - unless I knew for sure that they were contributing to my hormonal acne, which I actually find hard to believe.
