Say what?? the rib pain was due to streptococci moving about?!? ROFLOL! That's too funny! First of all, they are MICROBES and they mostly inhabit the throat to cause strep throat. If you can feel them, then you get the Princess and the Pea award! ;)
1. Great plan, but nix on the fruit juice. Eat fruits, you need the fiber, and stick to the low-sugar fruits like green apples, pears, berries, citrus, cherries, cranberry. Read the recipes here, they are all great for gas/bloating, and read about Vata/Kapha Doshas as those are the imbalances you have and need to balance.
2. Dr. S's products are fine, but I don't like the recommended way of using only formula 1 for a couple weeks. It makes no sense to take tons of laxatives if you aren't constipated, and it makes no sense to take them in order to have 3 BMs a day. That can make the colon even more misshapen. I recommend taking formula #2 and onlyt aking #1 as needed in order to always have a minimum of 1 BM a day.
3. A parasite cleanse may not be necessary. Do the bowel and Liver Cleanses first, following the basic candida guidelines and power of digestion guidelines. If your symptoms are still prevalent, then do a parasite cleanse.
4. Everyone should be doing liver flushing, our filter needs changing. If you're experiencing pain it's even more important to do comprehensive liver managemnet - not just flushing but also diet. Lecithin, carrot juice, apple cider vinegar, etc.
