Hi Shelley,
Your forum is awesome. Thanks for all your thoughtful advice.
I am new here and I am seeking your assistance. According to AKP I went to, and subsequently stopped going to because she freaked me out and cost so much, I have candida, many many parasites, leaky gut syndrome, and streptococci. I went to her after various minor joint and muscle pain issues; infrequent minor earaches and headaches; some hair loss; itchy ears, nose, eyes, scalp; general gas and bloating, and a pressure or slight pain under my right ribs (I think this is the gallstones). Nothing very major but felt I should at least have it checked out. I have no idea if I actually have the problems she said or not; the spit test confirmed (I guess) that I have candida, but other than that how am I supposed to know? Anyway, after weeks of perusing curezone, I think I may have a plan, and I wanted to run it by you.
1) change diet. this goes without being said-- no more sugar, alcohol, fatty meats, dairy, mushrooms, processed foods, etc. lots of fresh squeezed veggie and fruit juice.
2)
Colon Cleanse with P & B shakes. I am afraid of enemas, and I eventually want to do a liver flush, because I feel that is the root of my candida problem, so I thought I would try to clear out as much crap that is already in there as I can. I am considering Dr. Shultze method of colon cleansing (Intestinal Formula 1 & 2, followed by his various other herbal remedies) and I wanted to ask you about its comparative effectiveness as well as potential risks considering my various illnesses.
3)
parasite cleanse. either using
Clarkia or Dr. Schultz' method.
4) liver cleanse. this is to deal with the potential
Gallstones that are causing the rib pain. according to some,
Gallstones can be a major factor in all of the illnesses I have mentioned, so I really want to try this, hoping it will help clear up everything. (wishful thinking??)
How does that sound for a plan? Am I mistaken in thinking the
Gallstones are a huge factor in this? Should I concentrate only on one thing at a time (candida diet for 3 months, then move on?) Because I don't know how to tell if I am "cured" from something I am not as excited about eating the candida diet and just waiting. I feel it is more complicated than that because of the rib pain (the AKP said this was the streptococci moving around my body, but that doesn’t make any sense to me).
Any of your suggestions would be most appreciated!
Thanks again!
