Hmmn should I avoid photo-oestrogens?

I thought maybe it would be liver related, seeing as its hormonal. I actually have regular colonics and my therapist said my bowel is in excellent condition! I think my many years of vegetarianism and avoiding bread has probably contributed to that :)

I eat the Liver Cleansing salad regualry - but will look into the other thing you mentioned.

The comments about excess oestrogen have made me query something - I think it is likely that this may be my problem, as I have other symptoms too like Acne etc. Thing is - a nutritionist has got me eating 1tblspn flaxseeds daily, as well as flax oil. I know this is a photo-oestrogen so should I avoid things like this?? Bit confused really!
