Im still on my juice fast. Day 4. It is going fine. Only problem is I can barely get even a tablespoon of olive oil down without wanting to vomit. Ever since my flushes with it I just get sick thinking about it. So Im using heavy cream, coconut milk, and ground flaxseed for my fats.
1-Are these fats all good fats to add and will I still cleanse by continuing taking fats with my juice?
3-I need more fruit juice before noon. For purposes of being at work and not being able to juice, if I eat grapes to keep me from passing out, is that better than canned prune juice?
