1. yes, good fats, the second is debatable. You'll nourish yourself much better by taking in some fats, and since you've been cleansing for soooo long I'd say that's much more of a concern than a need for truly fasting.
2. same way you always do them - or don't! just do cleansing carrot salads.
3. yep, fresh whole grapes are wonderful. Prunes are high in phosphorous, so they're best left to those times you need a laxative.
