I was wondering how strictly should i apply the ayurveda food guideline for my dosha. I know you're a advocator of fermented foods and meats but that goes against the recommendations for my dosha which is pitta. Can i still have these types of food occasionally? How do i balance all these foods or should i strictly adhere to my dosha food guidelines. If i should follow the ayurveda guideline, wouldn't I be missing out on some vital nutrients?
