Feeling overwhelmed is a real issue, especially with women!
When I feel overwhelmed I remember to go to the now and just "chop wood, carry water." :)
To go to the now, I stop thinking about anything but my surroundings. I look at everything around me and start naming it. "Floor. Rug. Walls. Painting. Floor lamp..." I do this until I can stop and not resume the voices that made me feel overwhelmed to begin with.
We can all learn and do things at our own pace, hopefully! don't be your own "pusher" too much of the time! schedule some time outs for yourself. :)
Then get flower essences an the MAP book and talk to your team. Ask for a change in attitude to one of peace, acceptance, confidence that you can meet each challenge... :)
