Things are moving too fast for me....

Wow, it is really hitting me how much we expect ourselves (and are expected) to do, remember, take in, etc. in this electronic age.

I'm having a really hard time "turning it all off." I am so swamped with my job, and making healthy food, etc. that I'm feeling quite overwhelmed.

I don't want to take up post space, but just had to put this out there.

Anyone else feeling this way?
