Daily exercise that includes jogging, abdominal exercises, and a balanced diet... If God (or nature if you prefer) made it, eat it. If man has played with it, leave it alone. Also drink about 7 to 10 glasses of water a day. This program will take months to fix your problem, but it will help as time passes... there is no quick fix... Also, it is important to have a set time to have a BM. Early morning is usually good, but you know your body the best. Before trying to have a BM drink something warm and do a little jogging around the yard or bend and reach exercises such as gardenting, and so forth for about half hour... Use glycerin suppositories to help wean off of the enemas... Start weaning off the enemas after you have a good exercise program for a month or so. Just put less water in for about a week... that gives you result with a little estra effort on your part. The next week cut the water down a little more... till you are using suppositories... also, when you are sittin on the comode, do push muscle as trying to have a BM then constrict the muscles in your rectome... do this atleast ten times in the morning and ten times at night... eventually you will help build up your sphincter tone and help with BM... it is going to be alot of extra work... but in the end (no pun intended) you will improve is not fix your problem.
Good luck! :-)
