Re: Rock and a hard place

It should go down. It's probably the main reason why she wants you on Thyroxine. You may want to go on it for 1-3 months then get re-checked. During those 1-3 months, take therapeutic levels of lecithin - 1-3 tablespoons - Bragg's ACV - one tablespoon minimum - and a liver herb complex that has Bupleurum.

Garlic, Guggal (an herb), carrot/beet/ginger/apple juice, cleansing carrot salad with grated beet, these are all very helpful and very necessary. Flushing alone won't do it, taht will just get rid of the SOLIDIFIED fats, it won't help the liver dredge out the fats that haven't turned into stones yet.

The other reason cholesterol becomes very very high is due to nutritional deficiencies. Here's a list:

Cholesterol (high levels): Low manganese, low magnesium, low chromium, low sulfur, low PABA, low biotin, low Vitamin B3/4, high potassium, high Vit B1, high Vit B6. - High LDL: Low choline, low inositol, low lecithin, low Vitamin B3, low Vit E, low EFAs, low sodium, low silicon (silica), high Vit B5.
