I agree with Hermit.

If you give him some time, he may answer your mail. Not all people are all the time available online. People sometimes travel, and sometimes it takes weeks before they can answer.
I sometimes answer email 3 weeks later.

I have been waiting for my zapers for longer then 8 weeks, but I got them in the end. That guy in Zapperplans.com probably have too many orders, and he can't make all those zappers so quickly.

But, considering that it is only $10, then you have to respect it.
I bet if he would be charging $100, he could easily employ few more people to help him, but then, he wouldn't have taht many orders.

Of course, the only problem is that he never wrote on his web site that it may take longer then 8 weeks for zappers to get to me. But, he is just an ordinary guy doing small home business on the side. You can't expect too much.
