I am sorry about your problem. But I bought one the $10.00 Zappers and it took him about five weeks to send it. I also emailed him to find out about my order. It took him about four days to answer. Others on this site have purchased them also and I think they also had to wait. I don't think he makes them as a full time business. I don't believe you are being ripped off.
