I think soy in baby formula could cause all kinds of wonkyness. Allergies in general have been on the rise since soy was introduced to baby formulas, that is for certain. There's no telling how things will shuffle out once hormones are involved.

Cashews don't have the same problems as peanuts. :) Almonds always get the high-five in Ayurvedic guidelines, and for the rest of the nuts it depends on your dosha. But hey, it's hard to overdose on most nuts to the point of imbalancing a Dosha so I wouldn't worry about it too much. Just try to make the majority of your nuts raw, skinless, soaked overnight, if you wish them to be as healing as they are capable of. :)
