Sorry Shelleycat one more question...

After reading your link on Potassium/Zinc I am not sure if I'm difficient in both or have too much. My blood serum levels of potassium have always been on the low side of normal. Is there a good test out there to get the the true levels before supplementing? Does Great Smokies, DD, or Metametrix do this? Would you recommend the potassium tablets and zinc lozenges? Also because I have a cyst on my Kidney, which no Dr. seems concerned about, what might this mean? Will it ever heal on it's own or is there nothing I can do about it? I'm still not sure about continuing with the herbs, but I know they have helped. I'm not sure if they are stressing my kidneys or creating some kind of renal problem. A urine test today was clear. Sorry about all the questions, but I'm trying to get on a solid program to get my health back. Also wanted to let you know that I'm a 38 yr old male and very slim (6ft, 161pds). I also somehow still look in my early 20's. My blood counts usually show mildly low white cells, normal to low reds, mildly low platelets, low normal potassium, and sometimes mildly elevated ANA, but lupus and other connective tissue disorders are all ruled out. I already mentioned the positive HHV-6, Mycoplasma Pneumonaie, CMV and low positive Candida titers. Hope that helps and I truly appreciate your input! Thankyou, Chris
