I'm a big fan of getting vitamins from food, and only supplementing in the case of emergency, which does happen. Vitamin C and Electrolytes you can supplement like crazy, but man, you have a cyst on your kidney! dude! NO vitamins. Geez! You have major zinc/potassium issues, so supplementing those is okay after you read the resource I've linked below.
ACV is apple cider vinegar and it's a great source of potassium and easily digestible minerals and friendly microbes. See the recipe for cleansing drink, I believe I left a link to a good source about ACV. If you Google it you'll soon see why I recommend it.
