Right, so if I'm not producing enough HCL then it really doesn't matter if I take enzymes, because producing acid is the first step. So the problem may be a weak pancreas, but that is not responsible for producing the HCL.

After I eat, I feel weird for about 1 hour - lots of burping, food undigested...then a few hours later, I feel the acetaldehyde in me as the food rots...it's really fun to have a constant headache all day!

The weird thing is, I was producing way too much acid a few months ago before I had the candida under control.

So if HCL is stopped somewhat, could that be an indication of a ulcer in the stomach?
