That's a cool calculator - but my basal metabolic rate is 1204 calories a day, and it said to lose weight I should not go below 1200 calories a day, which will result in 1 pound lost every... (get this)... 808.08 days! hahahaha!
I must be more active than that - and anyway I don't really need to lose weight. I just thought that was funny! Lose 5 pounds in 10 years! LOL
