Well, my problem is, those calculators tell me I need 1500 calories. When in reality I eat 2500 a day. I weigh 95 pounds. I guess my question is when I read a label, like on cereal. I dont know if 13 grams of Sugar is alot. Because I hear it is, then i look at my almond milk and it has 15 grams of sugar. I thought there was a general rule like dont eat more than 15 grams of Sugar in a meal. Maybe not?
