Looks like that whole Dosha thing is pretty important. I'll go check it out.
I just had some carrots and some potatoes yesterday, a slice of sprouted grain toast today and so far, no foul gas whatsoever! That's got to account for something at least.
Could be sugars causing the problem (from fruit and a few pieces of candy here and there *blushes*) or it could be excess protein/fats from the meat I was eating.
I suppose I'll find out once I slowly add foods back in down the road.
Well, I'm off to go do my Clark liver cleanse a bit later. Hope I don't get too dizzy and sick!
