After cleansing we do get more sensitive to bad foods from then on. the body gets strong enough to let us know when we're taking it out of balance.
It is not so much a particular food that is bad, so stop worrying about that. The key is HOW you eat what you eat, not so much waht you eat, altho there are good guidelines available for what to limit and avoid, per Ayurvedic medicine which I highly recommend you study up on. :)
So please visit my FAQ and read up on Digestive Power. That has guidelines for how to eat so that nothing ferments.
Then use the links to the Dosha test. Find out what Dosha you are, what balances it, what takes you out of balance, and follow those guidelines.
You may need to take digestive enzymes and probiotics for a month or so.
