Right now I use Food for Life Ezekiel 4:9 Organic Sprouted 100% Whole Grain Flourless Bread, and they mention on their (www.foodforlife.com) that their breads are baked over 250°. I would love to know if their are any commercial sprouted breads that are baked around 150 or lower, but I wouldn't guess so because it wouldn't seem very commercially viable given how long it would take to mass produce slow baked breads at low low temperatures.
