Baked, especially over 200°F...

Ezekiel/Manna Breads are ideally using a food dehydrator on a lower setting, so really doesn't get much over 150°F (67.2°C).

True it is baked more commonly, but the oven is just on warm (lowest it will go), so still generally around 150°F.

Alternatively, Over on the Blood-Type Diet Forum months ago we experimented with various leaves/greens to use as wraps...not a bread, but good nevertheless.

Real pittas of yore would have been yeasted and left in the sun...depending on where you are, a solar-box cooker could be experimented with.
