Just one opinion here. If you feel great all morning until just after lunch - you might want to look again at your "regular lunch." Does it have a lot of carbs? They can make you sleepy. Is it too many calories? Maybe try eating half of it for lunch and the other half later? Maybe try adjusting the ratio of carbs, proteins and fats?
After eating "good for you" stuff all morning, are you making up for it with a "delicious" lunch? (don't ask how I know about THAT one!!)
