It helps to increase your oxygen intake during cleansing with oxygen-based intestinal cleansers. :) Exercise, aerobic water, enemas with liquid chlorophyll... because some of the magnesium oxide will get taken up for regular oxygen uses, which is not the exact right oxygen for the process. So it helps to have the "right" oxygen available.
Other than that, you're just going thru basic detox healing crisis, so force fluids, broths, detox baths. :)
