it is "fasciola hepatica", do a google search for more information. The
contamination occurs via feaces from sheep or cows. The feaces carrys eggs,
they have to pass a snail intermediate before the "metacercarie " stage is
reached. Then when you eat raw vegatables, grass product or bothem fruits
you can get infected. It is necesaary to take action and remove them from
your liver. Gop to a doctor and ask for medicines, sometimes they are
resistent for the normal medicins then take "Flukiver" as a new medicine. Not
everywhere available.

The chinese variant is different and needs another appraoch. Good luck
