Help: What came out?

I have just completed my 4th flush and along with the stones were two 'parasites'? that looke like a slice of mushroom. About 2cm long, beige colored on one side and darker on the other. Also a see through thing that looked like a bit of cellophane.

Could anyone please tell me What they are? Something similar was mentioned in another post but it was not answered.

Anyway, I will start a parasite program tomorrow!!!
