The goal of just about any intervention and just about all supplements is to get to the point where you don't need them. :) We are trying to restore health and balance, and mitigating the effects of imbalance. When balance is restored, no mitigating need be done. That is the goal.
I tell my body whenever I take a new supplement that I'm only buying the one bottle and it better not need it when the bottle is done! LOL!
The only things I keep on hand for maintenance are the essential fatty acids, lecithin, CalMagFizz, digestive enzymes for particularly sinful meals, super-green foods, B vitamins and minerals because I don't always eat enough green veggies. They're just so very bitter argh! LOL!
