I don't like it when people take parasite herbs without at least fitting the profile for someone with parasites because you wouldn't take Tylenol if you didn't have a headache, right? :) But does the Tylenol "hurt"? Well, debatable. There are always ramifications.

The dry blood tests are pretty darned accurate, I trust them. If you're going to go for the parasite cleanse, the best thing to do for your body is to go for it all the way, full stop, 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off, 2 weeks on again, so that the situation is fully resolved forever. Watch your feces carefully for visual proof of parasites, that helps you to know that you aren't medicating yourself for nothing.
