Re: Doctors!
Hello
I have the same issue. The softer my bowels get the worse I feel. Sometimes I have an issue where I have not gone for a day or two and then I go all at once and I feel awful when this happens. I have pinpointed much of it to loss of minerals. Here is a excerpt from www.wholenurse.com that explains it.
Even with a healthy lifestyle, the body forms mucoid plaque, a rubber-like lining throughout the walls of the intestines. This plaque is filled with toxic waste and prevents proper absorption of nutrients leading to poor digestion, skin problems, sluggish metabolisms, and headaches.
To me the way to go is to clean the bowel out with psyllium an benotnite clay with added liquid caprylic acid to help kill candida. NO question about it, I have seen and or smelled mucoid plaque ( which smells worse than anyhting, like something died). By cleaning out the bowel my absorbtion of minerals has been much better and I am feeling a million times better. So maybe you might want to cleanse the colon. If you already doing that, then it will take time. From my research it could take many months or even a year or longer. Psyllium gradually softenes the plaque. Once it is soft enough it can detach and then you can pass it.
