Is it only certain Antibiotics in general that wipe out all the bacteria? I asked my doctor about Minocycline, an Antibiotic of the Tetracycline family for acne, and he said it only kills certain bacteria that tend to cause acne. It then seems irrational to say Antibiotics in general and I'm sure they have different names for a reason and don't just kill randomly.
