problem with candida diet

Hi all, I've got a question about diet:

In addition to taking a Black-Walnut herbal mixture, I've been having gluten-free, sugar-free crackers for breakfast, and a raw vegetable meal (lots of leafy greens) for lunch, and then I alternate between a raw veggie meal or gluten-free/sugar-free pasta for dinner. For protein, I eat almonds, spirulina, and bee pollen with these meals. The problem I have is that although I don't have any particular cravings for anything, I have become a lot more volatile, easily angered, and if I once thought i had a very short fuse, now it's gotten a helluva lot shorter!

Any suggestions about how to deal with this new kind of anger?

Aside from this negative aspect, I am enjoying the clarity of thought, without the brainfog that I used to get after meals. Also, I've noticed that I have more energy in the evenings, which I'm very thrilled about.
