my experience

I've had better luck with soaked, raw seeds. (in the beginning, I ate roasted cashew butter and it made me SO bloated -- now I avoid cashews altogether, though) I've had good luck with raw, soaked almonds as well as almond butter from Rejuvenative Foods (they're raw almond butter is made from soaked organic nuts). I've also been fine with soaked sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds. My favorite pumpkin seeds are from goraw.com. Their seeds that are lightly salted with Celtic Sea Salt are fabulous. The only seed I eat that isn't soaked is flax. I grind raw organic flax and eat a few tablespoons a day, no problem.
