When I was little my mother went on an almost all raw natural hygeine diet to cure her Depression and insomnia and stayed on it for years. She started getting sicker on the diet and then finally gave up and went back to eating meat and junk food and suprisingly she felt better. She was not eating organic foods. Just last year when I started getting into raw she went on the diet with me for support and this time she ate organic foods. She is now finally after years and years of suffering healing from her diseases. Eating organic foods is absolutely 100% essential if you want to experience optimum results. It may be more expensive but your health is priceless. You just cant expect to eat foods full of fungicides, pesticides, herbicides, larvicides etc... and expect good things to happen. This is your body and you only get one so treat it right. This really is one thing where you can't and shouldnt compromise. We now have a great opportunity to buy organic foods conveniently and at a much better price than we did even ten years ago. What I suggest you do is look for a local farmers market, most food is very cheap and much better than store bought. If this is not available than you can spend less money by buying bulk items online. I think if it would be better for you body if you held off raw until you can afford organic because it may cause more harm than good. If your not eating mineral rich organic foods while your body is trying to cleanse it could cause deficiences, I only really know this from my mothers experience. Tweet
