YES. Conventional fruits/veggies are still MUCH better than a junk diet. Organic is better, but heck, I can't even afford organic unless it's in season. Just do your best, and stay away from produce from countries like Mexico, Argentina, Brazil, ect., unless they're fruits that you can peel. The pesticide laws are MUCH more relaxed there, which is not a good thing. For example, imported grapes, unless they're organic, aren't great because they're so heavily sprayed. Other than that, go crazy. Just wash everything fully. Good luck!
