Well, what would be the efect of Apple Cider Vinegar on the creation of a more alkaline environment?

Or, turmeric with its anti inflamatory capabilities?

Or am I way off the mark?

Don't look too hard in strong medicine. A long term diet change and supplements are way better and long lasting way then a "miracle pill" approach.
