Re: Can lazy people succeed at living raw?

Depending on the type of person you are you may want to transition to a vegan diet and then go raw or go all raw cold turkey. Personally, Im an all or nothing type of person. If I leave the slightest window open that allows me to eat things I shouldnt such as vegan cooked desserts or grain dishes, I'll eat too much and then it will all be over. It wasnt until I went 100% raw that I experienced any benefits that would keep me motivated, although I did have bad detox reactions in the beggining. Try both ways and see which works for you. And yes you will definetely want some good raw books around to keep you motivated and well informed. Also, keep in mind that although juicers and other raw food appliances are great, they arent essential and you do not need them to begin or stay on a raw diet, though they can make things easier. Good Luck
