Yes, I am lazy. I also have a very small income. Actually, it's not that I'm simply lazy... my current living conditions make it VERY difficult to prepare food in the kitchen... long story. As a result, I eat fast food at least once a day and usually eat frozen/microwaved food during the rest of the day. I also eat other foods that don't require any prep. Consequently, I am 100 lbs overweight and feel terrible!

I really want to transition into a raw diet as it is SO much healthier than what I'm eating now. I can't change my living conditions right now (working on that), so if I do go raw, I need to find simple meals that require little or no prep. Since I have a very low income, I can't afford a ton of specialty foods either.

So my question to all of you is... can an energetically-challenged (and poor) person successfully become a raw foodist? If so, how? Thanks!
