I was addicted to avocados and raw almond butter for a while heh - the solution? Stop buying them. Avoid them in the grocery store. But try to pinpoint why you're craving them - what do they contain that's missing from your body that you're maybe lacking otherwise? Is it the fats, is it some mineral they contain? For me, I wasn't eating enough and because the avocados are so high calorie, my body was really craving the calories. I started eating more of other magnesium-rich foods and the problem was solved.
