My concern is that raw food has very cooling effect on your digestive power. from a personal experience I have been drinking vegetable juice (juiced by Greenstar to perserve the nutients & enzymes - organic carrots, green apples, any green organic leaves I can find, ginger, garlic, aloe vera - dash of organic barley/wheat/alfalfa poweders)- this made me bloated and with indigestion. I live in the UK, so it not warm here. To correct this I had to have green chillies.
According Ayurvedic principles, digestive fire (agni) is more important than nutrients - if we have tongue white coating than means digestion is weak.
