From looking at the ingrediets in your juice it sounds very cooling, especially with the aloe vera in it. The bloating and indigestion could come from several things such as wrong combinations for your body, allergies, and drinking too fast. I'm not a big fan of

Sugar go sky high really quick. If I were you I would either try some different combinations(green apple and aloe vera are very cooling) or skip the juice altogether. Gabriel Cousens, a live food proponent, has shown in his book that any person can be successful on a raw food diet regardless of their dosha. Even the vatas he's worked with were successful on a raw food diet and some were of them were even changing the minds of their traditional ayurvedic doctors about raw foods being bad for vatas. The key to being successful on this diet is individualizing it with your type. If Ayurvedic priciples are a concern for you, I highly recomend that you get Gabriel Cousen's book, Conscious Eating, he explains in great detail how eating a live food diet acoording to your type does not depleat agni, but actually enhances it.
