Are you eating any grains? I know if I have even a little it makes me crave them. I find that I do fine with berries, green apples and grapefruits as long as I eat them at least 15 -30 minutes prior to anything else or by themselves.
Have you tried the buckwheat pancakes? These do not have the effect like eating grains. I also use glycerin suppositories when an enema is not practical.
