Finished my 5 day water fast

Hi everyone,
I'm finally posting the results of my 5 day water fast. Unfortunately, it alone was not enough to cure me. But I think I've found the root cause of my problem. I'm allergic to gluten. Gluten is in any product that contains wheat including flour, bread, beer. This came back from a blood test that tests your blood against 100 or so common food allergens. The test was called "comprehensive food panel". I reccomend it for anyone who is experiencing candida-like symptoms. I've been on a gluten free diet for a month now and feeling great. You can be allergic/intolerant to gluten and not experience an immediate reaction after eating it. The cummulative effect of eating it over time can start to cause leaky gut syndrome which opens the door to candida and Sugar sensitivities.
