Look into VSL3 pills for repopulating good bacteria. Apparently most probiotics products are bogus, but this one is for real. I got them on line from the VSL3 website. (See Dr.Rhonda Patrick interview Dr. Jed Fahey, Johns Hopkins). They are potent so be respectful of them. Im trying a 14 day water fast, but it looks like Ill need a 30 day per other comments here.
